Class Styles

  • Grounded in Pilates fundamentals, this full-body class emphasizes the core and lower body while sculpting and strengthening every muscle. Expect plenty of pulses, a deep burn, and the option to use 1–2 pieces of equipment to level up — always optional and suitable for all fitness levels.

    Expect loud music and good vibes!

  • Rooted in Pilates fundamentals, this mat-based class moves at a slightly quicker pace, incorporating light weights to target every muscle. Expect energizing music, a deep burn, and a good sweat.

  • A full-body, circuit-style class using heavier weights to build strength and power. This will be a smaller class size—so be sure to book early. Expect loud music, high energy, and unbeatable vibes

  • Use this class as an opportunity to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with your body. Through guided stretching, mobility work, and breath, you’ll release tension and restore balance. Expect a dimly lit space with calming music to help you unwind.
